- Tailoring orders are made to customer measurements and are non-returnable.
- Free alterations are offered if the garment does not fit as expected.
- Customers must provide accurate measurements; MODVYN is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect details.

5. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines are provided at checkout and may vary based on location.
- MODVYN is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen events.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Returns & Refunds
- Ready-to-wear items and accessories can be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.
- Cosmetics and personal care items are only returnable if unopened.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

7. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information.
- Misuse of the platform, fraudulent activity, or abusive behavior towards staff will result in account suspension.
